treatment vs control pairwise analysis

Dear all,

I'd like to ask if I want to do multi-velocity analysis for a disease vs control study, should I need to do this analysis for disease and control samples seperately ?

Also, to the MultiVelo creators, thanks so much for this package. You've done amazing work!
