Includes various datasets: original soil chamber datasets from the LGR and Pic instruments, soil moisture/temp/thaw deoth, a merged file of the two instruments, datasets filtered by chamber type (opaque and transparent), flux df merged with the moisture/temp df, and dataset with calculated GPP from assigned NEE and RECO (in gC/m2/s). Includes PDF user guide and .Rmd of the filtering and merging.
