Setting indent_size = 4 override the user's tab width, and adding Markdown-All-in-One defaults of adaptive tabs/indent overrode the desired default of tabs for indent (fixed by updating the MAiO to use 'fixed' tabs. Signed-off-by: Daniel F. Dickinson <dfdpublic@wildtechgarden.ca>
