When the joystick feature is not activated it will hide all settings:
Once the feature is activated it will directly initiate the gamepad library. It will now also display if it found a gamepad. The settings are now splitted up inte to columns.
Added circle indicators for pushed buttons. Analog controllers will be displayed with pies:
Custom mappings can be added manually and it will reload the gamepad library with the new settings:
This is possible with the new feature in Jamepad (libgdx/Jamepad#24).
It addresses the issues #2396 and #1596
