Post Process for Segmentation Masks

Usage

Fill pixel areas below the specific threshold using Breadth First Search

Initialize

python -m venv .seg_venv
source .seg_venv/bin/activate
pip install requirements.txt
mkdir masks

Put mask images inside the masks directory
