Describe the issue:

When we make a shared application discoverable in the parent organization, it's displayed in the parent organization's myaccount. However, the same application is not visible in the sub-organizations.

How to reproduce:

  1. Create an application in the root org and mark it as discoverable from the general tab.
  2. Share the application with sub-org.
  3. Login to the sub-org myaccount. The shared app should be visible, However currently it's not returned.

Expected behavior:
Applications marked as discoverable from the root Org should be visible in the suborg myaccount
