Add slack notifications to pipeline stages (#917)

* Update the wso2am-intg pipeline to latest status

The existing pipeline is outdated and does not contain the latest updates.
hence updating it

* Added the Slack notification to pipeline

Integrated the slack Jenkins plugin and the used the slacksend
command to send out notifications in each stage of the pipeline
