Welcome to the TRIC_pipelines wiki!
- some R libraries
- FSL (version ???)
- add the information from FSL to the path FSL tutorial
- a BIDS dataset
- download the repository.
- install the missing R libraries.
- set the path to your BIDS folder
- set the regular expression for subject-id
- switch topup correction "on" or "off"
- edit the acqparams.txt, calculate the missing values!
Copy data FA into nonFA folder
Copy and rename data of MD/L/RD/AD into this folder?
