Have a home page with links to both the Document a Flood and to
WillItFlood.

videos can be uploaded now. works on server
… configure javascript file for active admin, add ruby mine files to gitignore
It's an older code, but it checks out.

  Added a screenshot for reference

Created a Landing Page to go to Document a Flood or Will It Flood.
Navbar also.
Have a home page with links to both the Document a Flood and to
WillItFlood.
* master:
  fixed minor issues with floating lable
  removed aborted client side link generation code from calendar.js
using the right link for willitflood link
Move all styles from Willitflood to the floods stylesheet
make both pages use the same layout.
additional styling for the home page
Loading the google maps for both the form and will it flood. Still
needs work.
