One notable challenge faced during this analysis was the task of categorizing customers according to their income levels. By adhering to guidelines from reputable sources such as the Pew Research Center and US News and World Report, I established income brackets to segment customers into low, middle, and upper-income categories. This process required additional data manipulation and the creation of an "income bracket" column.
Another hurdle arose when creating age brackets using the vlookup function, resulting in 35 blank cells. To address this issue, I utilized Excel's functionalities to identify and populate these blank cells, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of our data.
