[PLAT-13056]Failed to parse BackupRequestParams object on taking YCQL…

… backup from tables page

Summary:
The users are facing errors when they are trying to take backup from the /tables page.
we don't support taking backing from the tables page. So, we are now removing the option to take the backup from the /tables page.
And, also we removed the backup V1 Code
