In this release, pyPDAF is compatible with the PDAF version 2.3.

Major:

  • The new version supports non-isotropic and factoriased horizontal and vertical localisation.
  • The new version adds support for PDAFlocal module. This is now the recommended approach for domain localised implementations as it increases the computational efficiency significantly.
  • The PDAFomi now supports non-diagonal observation error covariance matrix. This allows the phase out of the PDAF functions without OMI.
