What is rom-platform?

It is web,mail hosting platform and more with minimal dependency.
Can host multiple web-mail domains.
Has web based web builder to generate web sites.
Postgresql server embedded inside.

Can I use it?

I dont think so, right now. But I am planning to write easy startup scripts and manual in the future
