Export GPG Keys

📔 How to Use It?

The script exports GPG keys, making it quicker and more convenient for the user to migrate them to another machine or system. I made it for personal use but you are welcome to use it as well if you would like to. In this video, you'll find a step-by-step demonstration of how to use it. Although the usage itself is self-evident, I believe it is better to be seen and understood beforehand.

❓ What is GPG?

GPG, or GNU Privacy Guard, is a free and open-source software tool that provides encryption and digital signature functionality based on the OpenPGP (Pretty Good Privacy) standard. Its primary applications include:

  • Encryption: GPG allows users to encrypt data, such as emails, files, and text messages, to ensure that only intended recipients with the appropriate decryption key can access the information. This is particularly crucial for protecting sensitive or confidential data from unauthorized access.
  • Digital Signatures: GPG enables users to create digital signatures for data, verifying the authenticity and integrity of the information. Digital signatures help ensure that data has not been tampered with during transmission and that it originates from the expected sender.
