The code for calculating Analytic Mass Fuction, ver. 1.2 For the background info and relevant definitions, see Section 2 of Lukic et al. 2007, ApJ, 671, 1160 ! ------------ Changes from version 1.0: - k_max is user-specified in input.par - integrator improved Changes from version 1.1: - more MF fits added - growth factor extended beyond LCDM ! ------------ Content: 6 source files, main.F90 CommonData.F90 CosmoFunc.F90 GrowthFactor.F90 Integrator.F90 Interpolator.F90 2 input files, cmb.tf -- needed only if CMBFAST trasfer function is used input.par -- input parameters and Makefile + README ! ------------ Compiling: You should only need to edit the first two lines in the Makefile, specifying F90 compiler and (optional) compiler flags. From the shell command line just type "make", to get "amf.exe" executable. ! ------------ Inputs: In the input.par one should specify the cosmology and the mass range (see the file for details). Some non-obvious entries in the input file are listed below. Trasfer function options: CMB for CMBFAST trasfer function BBKS for Bardeen et al. 1986, ApJ 304, 15 EBW for Efstathiou et al. 1992, MNRAS 258, 1 PD for Peacock & Dodds, 1994, MNRAS, 267, 1020 HS for Hu & Sugiyama, 1996, ApJ, 471, 542 KH for Klypin & Holtzman, astro-ph/9712217 EH for Eisenstein & Hu, 1999, ApJ, 511, 5 Fitting function options: PS for Press & Schechter, 1974, ApJ, 187, 425 ST for Sheth & Tormen, 1999, MNRAS, 308, 119 JEN for Jenkins et al. 2001, MNRAS, 321, 372 LANL for Warren et al. 2005, ApJ, 646, 881 DELP for Del Popolo, 2006, ApJ, 637, 12 REED for Reed et al. 2003, MNRAS, 346, 565 REED06 for Reed et al. 2007, MNRAS, 374, 2 TINK for Tinker et al. 2008, ApJ, 688, 709 ! ------------ Output: The code tabulates analytic mass function for the given parameters, and outputs in ASCII "analytic.dat" file. There are 4 columns: sigma, f(sigma), M [Msun/h], dn/dlogM [(Mpc/h)^-3] Column 2 vs. 1 is like Figs. 14 and 15 in Lukic et al. 2007 Column 4 vs. 2 is like Fig 10 (and many others) in Lukic et al. 2007 ! ------------ Further Questions: Zarija Lukic 1002 W.
