Data analysis code for Membrane Permeabilisation Assay
This code was written in python 3.6.
Should work on both MacOS and Windows.
Two python files should be put in the same folder.
Special requirements in python modules:
tkinter ---tcl-tk
cv2 ---opencv-contrib-python
tifffile
scipy
pandas
seaborn
shutil
other modules should be pre-installed in python 3, if not please install them accordingly.
