Add EDMAv3 instances base addresses and module features to support using the EDMA MCUX driver.

support eDMA3 build with MCUx driver for S32Z270

Rename the DMAMUX_Type member CHCONF to CHCFG so that
the MCUX DMA driver can be reused for S32Z.
