zephyr: rename SoC overlay for NXP i.MX8ULP

Rename SoC overlay for NXP i.MX8ULP from nxp_imx8ulp to nxp_imx8ulp_adsp. This is needed in order to match the SOC_TOOLCHAIN_NAME defined in Zephyr. Until now the overlay was matching the SOC name, but, for HWMv2, this has changed. Therefore, we need this rename for Zephyr's HWMv2. Signed-off-by: Iuliana Prodan <iuliana.prodan@nxp.com>
