Hardware decoding doesn't work with the plug-in (Still software decoding)

Hardware encoding to H264 works with Intel i5-3570 HD Graphics 4000 (Intel Quick Sync) or AMD Radeon 7850 (AMDh264Encoder)

CPU Usage cut by ~half.
