Changed color panels of properties and preferences to match original Blender theme. Adjusted other panel colors even if they are not visible or used. Light theme had some rework of colors. Also added new or missing elements.

This is exactly the same package You would get downloading a zip version from main page, excluding readme.md file.
Unpack content to blender config/blender version folder, scripts/presets/interface_theme or install through Blender.
