Here is something quick I prepared today:
Some parts are based on https://github.com/Clam-/TraditionalT9/pull/26 and @wspdyb's multiple branches named patch-X , but some was incorrect and was rewritten from scratch.
This specific branch contains only the necessary changes. I have another branch (https://github.com/udif/TraditionalT9/tree/hebrew) that contains local changes enabling me to actually build it (removed signing key, and minimal gradle updates), which is actually what I run.
Also take note that the Hebrew dictionary I've used is AGPL-licensed.
I've open an issue with the dictionary owners to see what that implies:
