Kalibr and fixes

• Scripts for calibration using Kalibr and Matlab
• Added more meta data to protobuf file, for example:
  • Image resolution
  • Camera sensor orientation
  • IMU sample frequency
  • IMU sensor placement
• Scaled Intrinsic parameters and OIS data accordingly to current image resolution
• Handle camera sensor rotation
• Better handling of Focus on Touch
