Overview

This is a python package for analysis of metagenomics data. It covers in 5 major steps as follows

Step-1

Download whole file

git clone https://github.com/Nalinikanta7/metagenomics.git

load libraries from the requirement.txt

installation Either via pip: python -m pip install metagenomics

Step-2

Download the required dataset

Step-3

Run machine learning algorithm to analyse the data

Step-4

Analyse the data and interprete the metrices

Step-5

Download the classified result as csv format
