Fix #243
Dummy member timestamps have been replaced by the frame timestamps. The reference timestamp for a frame has been set to the first timestamp of the lidar frame.
The Ouster timestamps are only used for outputting the results, in particular in tum_poses.txt.
The timestamps of the ouster is still not used for kiss-icp processing, this can avoid failures in case the timestamps are wrongs.
