Reporting an issue (Troubleshooting)

Before opening an issue

A page dedicated to reporting issues can be found in the appropriate tab.
Make sure none of the already opened issues are reporting the same problem. You can use the search bar to confirm this.
If an issue already exists, you are allowed to contribute to this conversation and eventually provide additional feedback.

My issue hasn't been reported yet

Click on the "New issue" button that will take you to a choice of templates to help you get started.
Please pick the appropriate one for your problem and thoroughly read the pre-filled text that contains various questions and instructions.

None of the templates are appropriate for my issue

In case this happens (sounds unlikely), you are allowed to make your own by selecting "Open a blank issue". Please make sure to give as much information as possible when doing so.

Where can I get actual help?

An invite to the Smash Ultimate Modding Hub is also provided, which you can use to join a big and inviting community of mod users and eventually get further help for your questions.
This does not mean you are allowed to harass people with your issues because you do not get a response in a timely manner. Please respect online etiquette and be nice to people.

This server is not associated with ARCropolis in any way so please leave the staff alone with your issues, read and abide by the rules and use the appropriate channels.

Also please note that Researchers (including Raytwo, the primary maintainer) are not there to hold your hand through installing ARCropolis or debugging your mods. Use the appropriate channels for that.
