  • Updated file parsing to avoid hidden files.
  • Sanity check in DefectsGenerator if input symmetry is P1.
  • Add NKRED to INCAR mismatch tests.

    (if user is porting DefectEntrys from older doped versions or manually).
  • Avoid unnecessary DeprecationWarnings
