How to cite plugin?

We do not have a separate paper for this plugin, it is constantly under development.
Therefore there are two ways to do it, depending on a journal policy:
- You can cite it by providing a direct link to the code/repository, pointing out the version that you used, like this:
"drift correction was performed using Correlescence v.X.X.X plugin for ImageJ (https://github.com/ekatrukha/Correlescence)."
and specify the parameters used.
- Alternatively, you can use Zenodo DOI for the link to the specific release:
Katrukha E. 2023, Correlescence plugin for ImageJ, vX.X.X, Zenodo, doi:10.5281/zenodo.4534715
Developed in Cell Biology group of Utrecht University.
Check out Updates history. The plugin and this wiki are under constant development.
