BotServ:SET:SAYCALLER
Makes the bot prefix a "/me" (action) or msg to the channel with the caller's nickname.
Syntax: SET SAYCALLER <chan> <ON/OFF>
Examples:
/msg BotServ SET #chatzone SAYCALLER ON
/msg BotServ SET #chatzone SAYCALLER OFF
