ChanServ:BAN
The BAN command allows you to ban a user or hostmask from a channel. (If the user is inside the channel, they will still need to be kicked)
Syntax: BAN <#channel> <nickname|hostmask>
Examples:
/msg ChanServ BAN #chat carnell
/msg ChanServ BAN #chat *!*@*.ipt.aol.com
