ChanServ:SET:URL
SET URL allows you to change or set the URL associated with a channel. This is shown to all users joining the channel.
Syntax: SET <#channel> URL [url]
Example:
/msg ChanServ SET #chat URL http://members.tripod.com/~chatroom
