Cheats may be entered during a game. Most cheats can’t be entered while the player is dead, and no cheats can be entered if the Nightmare! skill level was selected.

Cheat Effect
idbeholda Toggle the computer area map power-up on or off.
idbeholdl Toggle the light amplification visor power-up on or off.
idbeholdi Toggle the partial invisibility power-up on or off.
idbeholdr Toggle the radiation shielding suit power-up on or off.
idbeholds Toggle the berserk power-up on or off.
idbeholdv Toggle the invulnerability power-up on or off.
idchoppers Receive a chainsaw and an invulnerability power-up.
idclevxy Warp to ExMy/MAPxy.
idclip Toggle no clipping mode on or off1.
iddqd Toggle degreelessness mode on or off. If entered while the player is dead, the player is resurrected.
iddt Toggle between a full automap, a full automap with things, and the normal automap2.
idfa Receive all weapons, full ammo and full armor.
idkfa Receive all weapons, full ammo, full armor and all keys for the current map.
idmusxy Change music to the music played on ExMy/MAPxy.
idmypos Toggle the display of player’s position in the map.
idspispopd Toggle no clipping mode on or off3.
