Description
Adds 4 new CLPs:
The are supposed to do pretty much what their name claims.
I've tested these, but do not have a good sense of how to put in unit tests as they all need relatively large amounts of data on which to run. The first two use the same fingerprinting "haplotype_database" that the fingerprinting code does. You can find hg38 and hg19 ones here: gs://broad-references/
