GUI

• Increase the plotting performance.
• Add text explaining the nonstandard behaviour of the parameters button.
• Improve the behaviour of the manual selection button.
• Add support for change the plotting parameters without reload the file.
• Change manual callback to don't plot all the clusters again.
• Change reject callback to remove spikes from general spike plot.
• Fix all button next click will unfix all.
• Close one window to close all of them.
• Remove extra images if the new ones are less.

Batch Files
