1. Adding Vagrant support …

   Vagrantfile sets up an ubuntu 12.04 with:
   * trusty backported kernel 3.13.
   * Protobuf from github
   * Gflags from github
   * re2 from googlecode
   * apparmor from ubuntu packages
   * g++ Version 4.7 from ubuntu-toolchan-r/test PPA
   * golang from ubuntu packages
   
   Vagrant then compiles lmctfy, tests it's installed and
   reboots into the newer kernel
