Please update to - Flag Cookies 1.6.8

This is a bugfix release.

Some domain cookies have not been displayed anymore, due to retrieval changes in 1.6.7 .
Old style has been re-added additionally to add another detection and removal layer.

Both cases are handled now in removal features.
