Profile mode cookies fix - v3.0.48

This important bugfix release, restores the ability of protected profile mode cookies, which broke in a previous version. Also domain/subdomain inheritance was broken.

This is a important bugfix release which was delayed due to translations process. It contains an important fix for cookies keeping "global profile" mode, hence could not be removed properly anymore.

Also the error has been fixed that random cookie data was mixing together inside the cookie information for a different tab. • Added more aggressive detection and usage of the context/container group names for settings and storage
• Fixed, when using multi-account containers, the store/context name is used instead of the storeId which lead to errors in present cookie data and cookie clearing.

• Added, if no container is used, all settings are stored under 'default' context
• Fixed that multiple open tabs with the same url will reset other tab cookie data information
• Resolved that global flag will visually overwrite user settings, this affected only the UI

Important: This version breaks with all previous settings, in reason of a new storage format! - Also third-party detection has been enabled again, which was broken.

Please note: Unfortunately previous settings cannot be migrated to this release.

If you have been using a previous version it is recommend to "DELETE ALL STORED SETTINGS" in "PREFERENCES" to cleanly remove all add-on settings which were previously active.

*+ Fixed, Third-party cookies or cross origins cookies are now displayed and handled properly again. This was broken.
