EDM wizard trouble shooting

Issue:

• EDM wizard immediately close on submitting Data Connection.

What's happened?

• Npgsql.dll version conflicts between Server Explorer's NpgsqlConnection and Your project's NpgsqlConnection.

Workarounds:

For 2.x:

• Check AssemblyVersion of your project's Npgsql.dll.
• And then find corresponding version of setup from https://github.com/npgsql/npgsql/releases.
• If you can't find proper one, you will need to build your own setup by merging my branch https://github.com/kenjiuno/Npgsql/commits/Branch_v2.2.5_with_setup against corresponding git's version tag.
• Don't forget to change versions in src/CommonAssemblyInfo.cs

For 3.x:

• Check AssemblyVersion of your project's Npgsql.dll.
• And then find corresponding version of VSIX setup. https://github.com/kenjiuno/Npgsql/releases
• If you can't find proper one, you will need to build your own VSIX setup by merging my branch https://github.com/npgsql/npgsql/commits/598-non-gac against corresponding git's version tag.
• Don't forget to change versions in src/CommonAssemblyInfo.cs
