DO NOT MERGE: This depends on #7 being merged first. I've made this a separate PR because it is a bit more contentious and (once #7 is merged and this branch is rebased onto main), it'll be easier to review.

I use doc-comments in my language server to provide help text when the user hovers over an item. It is also important that doc-comments only exist in certain locations, and that they are attached to the node being documented.
