v1.0.1 - Switch to GLES2

To improve performance in the web and to increase device compatibility, Blobs of Colour now uses GLES2 instead of GLES3.

Additionally, there now is an Android build, though it has only been built with a debug key. Android will likely warn you about the app being insecure/untrusted as a result.

There are no gameplay changes to the jam version.
