   • problems with testing on travis involving python with various parallelizations (investigating)
   • reproducible testing timeouts, from one very slow connectivity test (solved for now, but still considerably slow)
   • all 5g issues closed
   • Remaining points:
     • very slow connection lookup
       • needs more investigation
     • run big benchmarks (MAM, 4x4)
       • issues being investigated
4. Measuring I_syn in PSC models
   • presentation of jupyter notebook detailing some of the models mean current behavior under special conditions -- discussed

8. Comments to merges since last VC
   • Fixed a bug in the SecondaryEvent delivery
     • related to a subtlety in C++ (write_to_comm_buffer() call in nestkernel/event.h:1060 would infer wrong size for bool, since C++ standard implies packing of bits), therefore the static_cast is required.
   • Obtain help pager information via SLI and handle failures better
   • Better documentation of hh_cond_exp_traub and Brette-2007-compatible refractory time
