Port art avx2 patches to A15

This patch includes-
  -Implement-AVX2-instructions-in-x64-assembler
  -Introduce-the-notion-of-vector-registers
  -Implement-AVX2-based-Vectorization-for-x86_64

Test done: Build and boot is fine, Run the benchmarks suite.
