Meowton cat scale
The cat scale will measure the cat with great precision.
You need a 30cm x 30cm plate for the cat to sit on. It can be any material you like, as long as its flat and stiff enough.
You can make it bigger as well, the position of the loadcells is flexible.
I use 'Complate'. Almost the same as 'Trespa'. Its an extremely durable material and it looks nice.
You need a wooden plate to screw all the 3d printed parts onto. The plate is also needed for weight so it doesnt slip around when the cat jumps off.
I recommend a size of 46cm x 33 cm, to fit all the meowton parts.
You can find them in this repo, or on any of these sites:

You need 4 loadcells that are 34mm x 34mm, like these:

Not all sellers mention the measurements so pay attention. The Onshape drawing is easy to modify if you want to use other loadcells.
Note: Also get the HX711 converters, see Electronics requirements
First screw the four loadcell holders to the base plate.
Make sure to leave enough clearance for the scale plate:
The loadcells should fit nicely in the holder, there is a gap for the cables:
Add the scale plate and the stops. The stops are to make sure the plate cant come off.
(only 2 of the 4 stops are added in this picture)
