Attributes of SNIPPET include:
- scale: scaling fraction, used in PDF, and in HTML (as fraction of text width)
- web_scale: overrides scale; used in HTML as fraction of text width
- src: path to image file
Tags within SNIPPET include:
- LABEL: attribute NAME specifies label
- FIGURE: figure within figure has same attribute options as outer figure, but does not contain tags (inner FIGURE should be renamed IMAGE)
- SNIPPET: see SNIPPET
- TABLE: see TABLE
- CAPTION: contains caption text
