Vistasoft tutorials operate on sample data sets. Accessing the sample data sets is handled through the function mrtInstallSampleData, which depends on the [Remote](https://github.com/isetbio/RemoteDataToolbox). The tutorial code is organized in the [vistasoft/tutorials](https://github.com/vistalab/vistasoft/tree/master/tutorials), in several core subdirectories:

• anatomy
• Remote data
• diffusion
• mesh

and a few additional directories (which may go away):

• fileFilters
• sdm
• xforms
