Once merged and the dependency is bumped in ember-svg-jar, this bug will be fixed.

I just came to suggest a similar fix, for the same issue. I was about to suggest svg:not(.asset > svg, .pane__preview svg){fill:currentColor}, basically apply that fill: currentColor to every svg, but not under .assets and .pane_preview. Could we have any of these solutions merged? It's causing svgs that aren't supposed to be filled look like this:
