The Version 2.0 Beta Release 2.

• BioFabric20B2.zip is for Windows. Starting with this version, it bundles an OpenJDK JRE. Java does not need to be installed separately.
• BioFabricInstallImageV2BetaRel2.dmg is for Mac
• BioFabric-2.0.B.2.tgz is for Linux. Starting with this version, it bundles an OpenJDK JRE. Java does not need to be installed separately.

• BioFabricV2Beta1.tgz is for Linux (or a Mac with an installed JRE, run from the command line)

Basically the released V1.0 from 2012

This is the original release, with a few minor code cleanups. Never tagged it, but also have been doing all new development on a separate branch since the first release.
