1. Action items of the last meeting:
   • All to review the PR before the next meeting.
   • Set up two ad hoc teams to review and report by Sep 2024:
     • The removal of reference to WMO No. 49-II in all IWXXM documentations (Boonchai as lead).
     • The consolidation and management of code lists used by IWXXM (Dirk as lead).
2. Confirmation on publication of IWXXM 2025-2RC1 for public consultation and planning of subsequent activities (Choy and Anna)
3. Planning of activities of the ad hoc groups (Choy and ad hoc group leads)
4. Progress of development of Aerodrome MET Observations and Forecasts Information Services and potential impacts to the development of IWXXM (Dirk and Choy)

   • Jan will have a chance to review by the end of this week; Mark reviewed and found no issues;
   • Choy found an error and fixed it, as well as promoting a type;

• team discussed: https://github.com/wmo-im/iwxxm/discussions/329; Looks like it's nillable to allow for test messages; Team discussed on options for putting further constraints on advisoryNumber, but decided to not do anything for the moment (for RC1) because it is used everywhere. Can discuss later on how far constraints can go;

3. public consultation will be available after Jan's review (if positive);
