If you are interested in contributing to the YAML language specification, we'd love to hear from you.
It is currently an
outstanding task for us to create
an official Contributing.md page for the spec.
In fact there is still a lot of missing information about the development
process that we intend to publish soon.
In the meantime, the best approach is find us on matrix and chat with us about your ideas. We'll get you started in the right direction.
