Grids and Distributions

Select user and system

• Note that Grids are user and system specific

Distributions

• Create a profile for a category to create an associated distribution grid
• Double click on the name of the grid to select distribution

ADD

• Create a new Distribution

EDIT

• Rename or make changes to the distribution, select Edit to access Locations

COPY

• Copy distribution to your profile or that of another user

SAVE

• Store the name and distribution

Copying distribution

• When a Distribution is copied the user will be prompted to assign an owner, it can be assigned to any user

Grids

• Here are options to Add, Edit, Copy, Delete, and Save
• Double click to select

Locations

• ADD or DELETE locations
• EDIT using drop-box to select branch, location and quantity
• SAVE selections

Copying Grids

• Copy location grid adds a copy of selected grid to the list of available grids in the distribution. This can then be renamed and modified as needed

Note: Multiple grids can be set up for each Distribution. Distributions and grids can also be created and copied from the Cart.
