Each user of the application should use their own profile. To create one, navigate to Tables
menu select Users
on the tables' list (double click) and then click on the green +
button. This will open an input box to the right allowing to record your information. Only the user
box is mandatory. Babel users do not have to have assigned BPL or NYPL Order Code 1 (selector). Feel free to leave codes boxes empty.
Babel does not restrict from accesing other users profiles and their data. Please be mindful when viewing carts or grids created by others and try not to make any changes to their work. This cross-access is partially by design. It provides a simply way to copy other users grid templates or even carts so your work does not have to start from scratch.
